Site Work

Where your home will be built is just as important as how it will be built. Does your site work for the home you want to build? What is the optimal orientation of your home on the site? How will your home fit in relation to other site improvements? How will utility services get to the site? These are some of the issues we can provide guidance on. Moore Construction can provide a range of services including earthwork/grading to get a raw piece of land ready to build, utility connections to bring utilities from the public right of way onto your site or simple lot clean-up and fine grading to prep and clean up an already improved site.



We can typically construct a single family home with an “upgraded” spec level which would include tile or hardwood floors, solid wood cabinets with soft-close hardware, granite or other higher end counters, fully tiled master shower with glass enclosure, Moen, Delta or comparable fixtures, tankless hot water heater, vaulted truss ceiling, concrete tile (flat or “S”) or shingle roof, stucco exterior with architectural accents and 4-tone paint scheme for around $170/sf. This cost would include all work from pouring the foundation up. It would not include any earthwork or site work. Each building site can vary dramatically but we typically can perform the site work for around $50,000.
